New Depth Counseling & Wellness serves all individuals seeking healing from symptoms associated with a mental health diagnosis, behavioral health issues, unresolved trauma, and/or wanting to improve their overall quality of life. They are individuals 16yrs. or older, families, couples, Veterans, and Professional services providers that are pursuing a healthier self.

First responders, Healthcare workers, and Counselors/Therapists that have been impacted emotionally, mentally, and/or spiritually by the demands of their profession/service.

Veterans and Active Service Members

Veterans and Active Service Members seeking to heal from their trauma, alleviate mental health symptoms, and improve their overall quality of life.

Professionals/Performers/Athletes

Professionals wanting to enhance their professional performance by unblocking barriers preventing them from reaching their highest potential.

Brainspotting (BSP) Consultation

New Depth Counseling and Wellness Services provides Brainspotting (BSP) consultation to psychotherapists/counselors pursuing certification in brainspotting. Those services will be consistent with the Brainspotting Institutions certification requirements which involves a minimum of 6 hours of consultation reviewing the psychotherapist/counselors BSP skills, knowledge base, and documented consultation form.
